SEEM has been a customer of NECS for eight years. During this time the service and support has been exceptional, this includes conversations with you and with service. SEEM has 13 machines in its fleet and has had only a few service calls over the past couple of years. The equipment is excellent and having little or no machine down time is extremely important to teachers and students. For the few service calls that we have had the service response time has been within a few hours and the tech has kept us informed and worked to keep down time to a minimum.
